Mulberry Silk

Mulberry silk comes from the silkworm - Bombyx mori which solely feeds on the leaves of mulberry plant. It is the highest quality silk, local farmers grow mulberry trees and harvest the leaves for silkworm to feed on. These silkworms are completely domesticated and reared indoors. made up of pure white in color and individual long fibers, mulberry silk is more smooth, difficult to wrinkles and refined than other types of silk. Some of the unique benefits of mulberry silk is that it is odorless, hypoallergenic and it contains a natural protein called sericin that reduces the possibility of an allergic reaction. Therefore, mulberry silk bedding is a healthy and safe choice for those with allergies. Also the excess sweat on the skin is quickly released moisture and dry with good breathable by high moisturizing. Since static electricity is hard to occur, dust is not attached, there is hygienic, antibacterial, deodorant also. It also absorbs ultraviolet rays and protects your skin.

桑絹は、桑の葉だけを食べる蚕-Bombyx moriに由来します。 それは最高品質の絹であり、地元の農家は桑の木を栽培し、蚕が食べる為に葉を収穫します。 これらの蚕は完全に家畜化され、屋内で飼育されます。 真っ白な色と個々の長い繊維で構成された桑絹は、他の種類のシルクよりも滑らかでしわもいきにくく洗練されています。 桑絹の利点は、無臭でアレルギー反応を減らすセリシンと呼ばれる天然タンパク質が含まれていることです。 したがって、桑絹の寝具はアレルギーを持つ人にとってとても適しています。 皮膚の余分な汗はすぐに放出され、高い保湿性により通気性良く乾きます。 静電気が発生しにくい為、埃が付着せず、衛生的で抗菌性もあります。 紫外線を吸収し、肌を保護します。

Flax Linen

Linen is a cellulosic fibers derived from the stem of the flax plant. Its long fiber, ranging from 45 - 140cm long, make it easy to spin and weave. About the flax plant, grows to 3 or 4 feet tall, with glossy bluish-green leaves and pale blue flowers, on rare occasions the flowers bloom red. From seed-planting, it is ready to be harvested in 100 days. Unless the weather is particularly warm and dry, flax requires little watering or attention during this term. The climate of western Europe (Belgium, France, Netherlands etc) makes it ideal for growing flax. Belgium - in particular, Flanders, the westernmost area of the country - has long been known for its linen production. Linen fibers are much stronger & lustrous than cotton, yield cool & water absorbent fabrics. Quickly dry moisture, it is hard to stain, and keeps cleanliness by suppressing the breeding of bacteria. There is an effect of the allergy reduction, static electricity is also less likely to occur.

リネンは亜麻植物の茎に由来するセルロース繊維です。 45〜140cmの長い繊維を紡いで織っていきます。 亜麻植物は、高さ3,4フィートに成長し、光沢のある青緑色の葉と淡青色の花が咲き、まれに赤い花も咲きます。 種まきから、100日で収穫する準備ができます。 気候が特に暖かく乾燥している場合を除き、亜麻はほとんど水やりや注意を必要としません。 西ヨーロッパの気候(ベルギー、フランス、オランダ)は、亜麻の栽培に最適です。 ベルギー、特に最西端にあるフランダース地方はリネンの生産で長い間知られています。 リネン繊維は綿よりもはるかに強く光沢があり、涼しく吸水性のある生地を生み出します。 水分を素早く乾かし、汚れにくく、細菌の繁殖を抑えて清潔を保ちます。 アレルギー軽減効果があり、静電気も発生しにくいです。

Organic Cotton

Organic cotton is defined as cotton is grown organically from non-genetically modified plants, and without the use of any synthetic agricultural chemicals. So leaving the soil, air and water free from contaminates that cause harm. They use only organic-approved fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides from plants, animals and minerals to prevent pests and diseases. This slashes the risk of health from pesticide damage while also reducing environmental pollution. The reason using organic cotton for us is that when the amount of cultivation increases and organic farmland expands, the water quality is preserved & the soil is activated. Organic cotton produces around 46% less CO2e compared to conventional cotton, so expected to reduce carbon dioxide. It uses far less water to grow since organic cotton growers typically utilize rain far more than irrigation. It doesn't irritate the skin with moderate elasticity, water absorption & breathable, so suitable for the skin of baby & allergy constitution.


Raw Bamboo

Bamboo is highly sustainable crop because not claim farming land, grows very fast and needs only minimal care. It's much better CO2 extractor and oxygen emitter than trees, and bamboo fiber are completely biodegradable & recyclable. More environmentally friendly process for manufacturing bamboo fiber is being used in a part of South India. The woody part of bamboo is broken down from the walls of bamboo stalk, the bamboo fiber is crushed mechanically, in this process. Then, the raw fiber is processed in eco-friendly enzymes, soaked in water, and washed. Finally, the bamboo fiber is spun into yarn, using a ring spinning system. The fiber need to be blended with cotton, and other fibers, because the fiber is too short. As similar process, used to produce linen fabric from flax. Bamboo fabric made from this process is called bamboo linen. The bamboo functionality maintains high moisture absorption, quick dry, antimicrobial & freshing feeling without mold smell even in high humidity.

竹は農地を選ばず、非常に速く成長し、最小限の手入れだけで済む為、非常に持続可能な作物です。 木よりもはるかに優れたCO2抽出と酸素放出機能があり、竹繊維は完全に生分解性でリサイクル可能です。 南インドの一部では、より環境に優しい竹繊維製造プロセスが使用されています。 このプロセスでは、竹の茎を竹の木から分解し、竹の茎の繊維が機械的に押しつぶされます。 次に、その繊維は環境に優しい酵素で処理され、水に浸され、洗浄されます。 最後に、竹繊維をリング紡績を使用して糸に紡ぎます。 繊維が短すぎるため、綿等の繊維と混ぜる(ブレンド糸にする)必要があります。同様のプロセスとして、亜麻の繊維からブレンド糸を生産するためにもリング紡績は使用されます。竹の機能性は、高湿度でもカビ臭がなく、高い吸湿性、速乾性、抗菌性と清涼感を維持します。

Fabric is submitted to a third-party inspection in Japan to obtain evidence of its functionality & formalin test result by evaluation based on product usage.


● Hygroscopic

Evaluate the function of reducing the humidity in clothing.



● Water-absorbing & quick-drying

Evaluate the function of absorbing sweat & quickly evaporating.



● Antimicrobial

Evaluate the antibacterial effect against bacteria, it leads deodorant effect by suppressing the growth of bacteria.



● Deodorant effect

Evaluate the ability to reduce the odor intensity by the concentration of odor components around fiber.



● UV shielding

Evaluate UV shielding performance (UV cut).



●Free formaldehyde (formalin)

Evaluate the degree to formaldehyde is liberated. This has antiseptic & bactericidal effect. Wearing clothing uses excessive formaldehyde may cause mucous membrane irritation & skin allergies, especially infants within 24 months of birth. This can detect such dangers in advance.
